The Jones College of Business, Department of Management, is hosting the Employer-Student Innovative Leader Roundtable 2023 to provide our students and local employers the opportunity to engage in a dialogue around current challenges facing employers (ex. what do employees mean when they seek flexibility? What are you looking for in a job/employer?) The first part of the roundtable focuses on the best ideas shared from finalists in the Innovative Leader Challenge. The second hour allows for smaller discussions about current challenges/needs. Prizes will be awarded to the best concepts. We believe this facilitated conversation provides a chance for employers to learn from students and students to learn from employers.
